Brun Studio
Return Policy
This return policy is drafted to align with general Norwegian consumer law principles, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales where applicable. It should be reviewed with your final business details before launch.

1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from Norway or the EEA, you may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online, counted from the day you receive the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To use your right of withdrawal, you should notify Brun Studio clearly within the withdrawal period. You should contact us via our official customer support email and include your order number and full name.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value, where permitted by law.
4. Hygiene and Sealed Cosmetic Products
For hygiene and health reasons, sealed cosmetic products may lose the right of withdrawal after the seal has been broken, where this is permitted under applicable law. If you intend to rely on this exception, you should ensure the product is actually sealed in a compliant manner before sale.
5. Refunds
When a return is approved, refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds should be made without undue delay and no later than the time limits required by applicable law after we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
6. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal. This should be made clear before purchase.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos. This does not limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
8. Complaints and Mandatory Rights
This return policy does not limit statutory rights under mandatory law, including rights relating to defects, delays, or non-conforming goods.
9. Contact
For returns, complaints, or withdrawal notices, contact us at your official support email address and include your order details.
