4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment. Any free shipping threshold displayed on the website applies only where clearly stated and only to eligible orders.
5. Delays
If delivery is delayed, Brun Studio will provide information as soon as reasonably possible. Consumers may have mandatory rights in the event of material delay under applicable law.
6. Incorrect Address Information
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Brun Studio is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address details submitted at checkout.
7. Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is not collected or accepted and is returned to us, we may charge the direct costs incurred for return shipping and handling to the extent permitted by applicable law and where this has been clearly disclosed in advance.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your package appears visibly damaged upon receipt, please document the damage and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist further.
